Diet: Poached egg , oatmeal cup of coffee,

Baked salmon blackened baby broccoli

Activity: Planet fitness 30 minutes workout

Day 19:

Prayer, Fasting and Meditation

John 6:35: Then Jesus declared: I’m the bread of life. Whoever comes to me will never hungry and whoever believes in me will never be thirsty.

Diet: Boiled egg oatmeal an apple toast, spaghetti with meatballs

Activity. 20 minutes walk

Day 20:

John 6: 27: Do not work for food that spoils, but for food that endures to eternal life which the son of man gives you

Diet: Oatmeal rotisserie chicken with string beans baked potato

Activity: Planet fitness 40 minutes workout
