Why is the military being called out on its own citizens? What kind of president does that to his people?

Is this a structured plot and plan to turn America into a military state? What does the 45th president of the United States have planned for the diversity within its borders? Is it the civil war he promised?
Who Is Impacted by this Propaganda
Is the Antifa allegations and accusations part of the plan to turn the military against any resistance ? Clearly a large portion of Americans do not want to be murdered by police brutality. Are the citizens of the United States now expected to be silent or be murdered?
