I ate Wendy’s for supper. Why? Because the kitchen was unavailable. I could have fasted, but did not want to. I know it’s not about what I want, but what scripture I stand for. I did not think of scripture.
Breakfast: Coffee, Water
Lunch: homemade chicken noodle soup 1cup ; .5 avocado
Dinner: Wendy’s double cheese, bacon burger (Dave’s Double)
Snack: .25 cup healthy heart mix
Dessert: 1 cup raspberries. 2 tbsp Greek God Yogurt
2 chocolate Chip Cookies
